Our hyper growth over the last several years has led us to create this new and important role in the Sales team. We want to add a second great RVP in our NY office to lead the sales efforts of our largest revenue producing region.

- Lead and develop a team of 5-7 Account Directors to reach their individual best while meeting/beating their sales goals
- Create an environment with processes that enables sales success
- Support Account Directors as required on pitches, client communications, entertaining, meetings, RFPs, pipeline management, etc.
- Provide required performance feedback and training to your team
- Work with the rest of Sales management to build an overall dominate Sales organization
- Fill in on daily Account Director duties when needed (e.g., vacation, leave of absence)
- Work with other departments to ensure your Account Directors are getting the necessary support to perform their best
- 4+ years as a Sales leader at an advertising agency or media company where the team successful met goals each year
- Must have experience that focuses on youth (18-34) male culture
- You must enjoy managing people, solving challenges, and working situations to get to the finish line
- Amazing interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, especially with Macs, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google docs
- Strong experience with a CRM system a must
- Energy, enthusiasm, and ability to propose solutions to problems
- You thrive under pressure and get the results required
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably business related
