Hashtag Board Co is seeking a freelance news writer who is interested in the NBA and the NFL, and who can write with confidence, clarity, and humor about any sports-related story. The writer will be expected to produce 4-6 blog posts per day between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additional responsibilities will include photo editing, sourcing, manning our Twitter feed, and doing active online and offline reporting.

Candidates must be discerning self-editors who can turn around a post at a moment’s notice. They should be active on social media, and have a solid knowledge of the sports world as well as trends in pop culture and hip-hop.
