Hashtag Board Co's content department seeks an organized, operationally-savvy style enthusiast to manage a team and oversee the Hashtag Style and Sneakers websites alongside our Deputy Style Editor. This is is a full-time position in our New York office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the 5 person Hashtag Style & Sneakers staff

• Maintain the Hashtag Style & Sneakers features schedule and manage deadlines

• Manage a monthly freelance budget

• Collaborate with Deputy Style Editor on feature brainstorming and editing

• Communicate with freelance writers about assignments and deadlines

• Coordinate branded content and video projects with relevant internal departments

• Track and report on traffic analytics for Hashtag Style & Sneakers

• Communicate with the social media team about features and update social platforms

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of online editorial experience

• Minimum 2 years of management experience

• Knowledge of and enthusiasm for style, particularly menswear, streetwear, and sneakerhead cultures

• Strong writing and editing skills

• A firm grasp of Google Analytics, SEO, and social media strategy
