Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an organized, driven Audience Development Intern to assist in social media acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate for this job is an active social media user familiar with the Complex voice. This is an internship position and the person chosen for this position will work during summer and fall.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and write engaging social media posts
• Keep up on social trends
• Community management
• Drive traffic to our owned and operated properties
• Conduct and analyze analytics reports
• Focus on follow acquisition and growth
• Research and report on potential partnerships for social growth

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in digital media
• Willingness to learn
• Fearlessness
• Willingness to take direction and provide feedback
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring efficiency
• Prior experience a plus, but no necessary
• Ability to work in-office at least two days per week minimum
• Creative and witty
